RETURN POLICY

Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy:

You may return eligible physical products within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

 

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Must include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).

 

Non-Returnable Physical Items:

Opened or used items, Custom items, and Gift cards.

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Services:

All services provided are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Time, energy, and preparation go into every session, and as such, no refunds will be issued for completed services.
