3. Shipping & Delivery Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S., unexpected delays (e.g., postal service disruptions, customs processing) are beyond our control.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.  Exclusions: Personalized, digital, or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer support with your order number. Refunds: Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Product Quality & Guarantees: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
